I hate this stupid notion that we’re supposed to blame both parties for the shutdown. Fuck that. The Republicans said “TAKE AWAY THE POOR PEOPLE’S HEALTHCARE OR WE’LL SHUTDOWN THE GOVERNMENT.” And the Democrats said no. And the Republicans shut the government down.
