THIS SHOW IS SCANDALOUS. I DON’T SAY IT IS BAD BUT AMERICA TURNED WATSON INTO A WOMAN TO HAVE SOME JOHNLOCK ON SCREEN. THEY TURNED WATSON INTO A WOMAN BECAUSE THEY CANNOT ASSUME A GAY RELATIONSHIP. THAT IS NOT CORRECT. IT SHOWS THERE IS A REAL PROBLEM IN AMERICA. 

Actually, there are quite a few gay relationships on American TV shows. Have you seen Modern Family??? I haven’t watched TV in a while cuz of school, so I can’t name any others off the top of my head.

I’m not saying there isn’t a problem, because there totally is. But just go look at some prime time shows. It’s not as bad as you think.

and here i thought they made watson into a woman because they listened to the push for WOC representation in the media. while queer representation is important, don’t say america fuckin sucks because we dare have a woman on screen in a traditionally male role. all representation is important and if you shove one (two in this case) minority group under the bus because for the sake of another minority group you’re not solving any problems.

Plus when they first started it they explicitly said that they were not ever planning on having them get together. The creators meant for them to stay in a platonic relationship.
