So here are a few reminders:
-sales associates only have the power to ring you up. they can’t change prices or policies for you.
-even managers have bosses they have to answer to.
-pretty much everyone in retail is underpaid. keep that in mind when considering yelling at an employee for something out of their control.
-you are not special. you do not get special treatment.
-ESPECIALLY ON BLACK FRIDAY.
-BUT the nicer you are to the associates and managers, the more willing they are to help you over that guy who called them names.
-breaking shit doesn’t get you a bigger discount on it.THIS IS V IMPORTANT!
