I have a friend stuck in a bad living situation in West Virginia who is in dire need of transportation so she can get some court business done in order to start a new life. She is transgender and is getting NO help from anyone around her, and things are at a complete standstill because she has no way to get into Charleston. If anyone mobile in that area reads this, it would be tremendous if you could get in contact.
