Please also remember that transgender individuals exist before our deaths, are important as more than martyrs. So, like, if you are in a position to do something to let someone who is transgender know they matter or to change a climate to be more accepting and tolerant please do. Awareness doesn’t really help if you don’t do anything once you’re aware.
