who has good #tips to not have awful nightmares all nite LMAO. mine are from citalopram Medication . everyones fun healthy tips dont work bc its jst the meds its what they do. so. does anyone have any Secret anti nightmare tips
The thing that works for me is having like YouTube videos play on a loop while I’m asleep. I just use Let’s Plays because it’s familiar so maybe play something that’s familiar?
Just be prepared to have dreams about that thing lol.
