Hey question does anyone know the best way to contact PayPal? I told them to charge something to my mastercard (which I checked the activity history that’s still what it’s saying it was charged to) but they instead charged my debit which already had negative and then my bank charged me $50 for having to return the payment and now I’m $60 in the red please help me.
