Is there a psychological or like something reason that children ask so many questions?

Are you done yet? Did you find it? What are you doing? Why is it like that?

It’s a strange phenomenon 

A better question is “what is it about growing up that makes us stop asking so many questions”.

Kids are learning about the world around them, about social norms, about how older people interact with the world. When you see a kid asking more than what we consider a reasonable or polite amount of questions, it’s because they haven’t yet been taught that not knowing something is shameful and that seeking to learn more is rude. It’s actually wonderful even if it can be grating.

But see, we as adults are also still learning and we should feel free to ask questions too! You may find that children’s questions are less annoying if you free yourself to ask as many questions– both of them and of others. Free yourself of the ingrained sense of shame we feel in seeking to learn more.

I had a dream a couple nights ago that one of my abusers was in and I saw her outside a building and tried to hide but she still saw me and bust into the building all smiles and whatever and I told her to fuck off with a couple other colourful words and she got all upity and left

And considering that she told me she could like travel to peoples dreams and shit I felt very vindicated.
