Ok no I’m gonna elaborate on that because I’m drunk and I think about it all the time like i said on my kin blog that I think this universe is broken and I 100% believe that
Magic should be stronger than it is
Humans shouldn’t be this weak and unconnected with everything
Like magic here? Do this very specific thing at this very specific time with these very specific thing and this thing will kinda sorta happen probably.
And it’s BULLSHIT
Magic isn’t supposed to work that way
I think something disconnected us with it, something wrong happened somewhere down the line and it broke
Or maybe this universe was broken to begin with idk
Like I mean we have organs in our bodies that we don’t know what they do what if they are like magic containers or something that we forgot how to use?
Maybe our universe is unusually cut off from other parallel ones so using magic is more difficult.
Like we have so many stories that include stuff about magic or some form of it. We have the force, we have nen, we have witchcraft and mages and druids but actually trying to use it is so difficult and convoluted that it doesn’t feel right.
And I know I’m rambling and not very coherent but no one talks about this and I want to know what happened here that severed our connection with magic
Why do we have so many stories about it
Why are there so many people who remember lives with it
It’s wrong and I don’t know why it’s wrong and it stresses me out.
