Hey pals with anxiety or depression or what ever
Do you ever experience a vague, unidentifiable physical pain because of your mental illness? Sometimes existing in a place physically pains me bc I’m so Upset and I can’t explain this ?? Like today after class I went into empty classroom and couldn’t make myself go home and sitting there like. Just physically hurt me I was so upset
I’m pretty sure that’s a symptom of depression. I can’t say for sure what all of mine are because of other chronic pain stuff but I get really bad pains in my chest, the pit of my stomach and my neck.
