chocolate you have betrayed me yet again!

I got mad that I couldn’t eat chocolate cuz it gave me a gallbladder attack last time but I thought “Hey, I had three pieces last time, if I only have one it should be fine!”

I can feel pricks at my gallbladder already oh my god.
