I’ve never met someone with a stereotypical “Canadian” accent. Like newfie is kinda it but it’s different. The grammar is different and it’s a bit more Irish?
Like the newfie accent is a mishmash of Irish, welsh, Scottish and English and depending on what part of the maritimes your in depends on which one is most prominent.
And no one really past Ontario has that accent unless they used to live there or had parents there.
