Paypal is notoriously difficult to get ahold of but +1-888-221-1161 is their customer service number. Usually if you hit 0 with IVR lines, it’ll take you straight to a customer service rep. Care though. Paypal LOVES to transfer.
Oh thank you! I actually did manage to get a hold of them and I cried and they admitted it was there fault but now I have to get a hold of my bank and get them to waive it because it wasn’t my fault.
